Attempt to bypass limits, scrape, or disrupt the service.
4. Forms, responses & moderation
We may disable or remove forms that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. We may also block abusive submissions and enforce rate limits to protect users and the platform.
5. Payments, plans & cancellations
If you purchase a paid plan, fees are billed according to the plan you choose. You can cancel anytime; access may continue until the end of your billing period depending on your plan settings.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every form submission will be successfully processed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formysyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
